Horse Majeure: A Comedy RPG

Horse Majeure is a light-hearted TTRPG zine intended for one shot sessions of slapstick puzzle solving. Designed to be printed at home and played with as few as three people. 

Using a simple D6 system, one player acts as the front of the horse while another player acts as the back end. Both try to perform actions together to achieve a single goal; find the delicious apple the Game Master has placed in an otherwise mundane setting where you would rarely, if ever, find a horse. 

Your game could be set anywhere a horse wouldn't be! From a hospital to a haunted house, or even the International Space Station. What's important is that together you are a horse, and for whatever reason your commitment to that fact is absolute.

You MUST find that apple. 

No one will help you. 

While this game can be played with as few as three people, there's no reason you can’t have MULTIPLE horses trying to find the same apple. It could be a team effort or a race to the finish. 

The inverse side of the zine when laid out flat, includeds a bonus game mode! If you happen to be playing with an even number of players, or no one is in the mood to be the Games Master, up to four teams of two can enjoy a simple racing game using the same system with a few tweaks for guaranteed chaos! First team of front and back horse ends across the finish line win!
